Welcome to Visuelife. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and services ("Services"). By creating an account or using any part of Visuelife, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use Visuelife for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

2. Your Data

Your data belongs to you. We never sell your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

You are solely responsible for the content you input into Visuelife. Do not store sensitive or confidential information that you wouldn't want saved on a personal device.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity or abusive behavior
• No scraping, automated access, or misuse of the platform
• No impersonation or unauthorized access to other accounts

4. Subscription & Payments

Visuelife offers a free tier and an optional Plus subscription. If you choose to upgrade, payment will be billed annually unless canceled. You can cancel any time to prevent future charges.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful or unlawful way. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visuelife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of Visuelife after changes means you accept the new Terms.
